I value the therapeutic relationship and want to ensure that my clients feel comfortable and cared for when working with me. I have experience supporting clients struggling with changes, shifts in identity and roles, experiencing emotional distress and living with symptoms of trauma. Through the use of a collaborative and holistic approach, I engage a trauma informed lens to support my clients moving through their presenting distress, challenges, and concerns to create resilience, self-awareness and growth in a meaningful way.
I practice using a variety of therapeutic approaches. I use emotion focused therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, mindfulness, attachment lens, non violent communication all while engaging a trauma informed perspective.
