Men's Mental Health Research

Research and Innovation in Men's Mental Health

UBC logoHeadsUpGuys is a program of The University of British Columbia (UBC), operating under the leadership of Dr. John Ogrodniczuk, who is a Professor of Psychiatry and the Director of the Psychotherapy Program at UBC.

HeadsUpGuys is founded on a robust evidence base that includes not only contemporary research findings but also the lived experiences of men who have suffered from depression and clinicians who work with these men.

We are the world’s leading research-informed men’s mental health resource. Beyond using research to guide the content and development of everything we do, we also contribute to advancing the field by being directly involved in men’s mental health research.
