Working Through Disagreements

Think back to the last time that you were upset with your partner. How could you approach the situation using the NVC framework:

What was the situation or cause for the disagreement?
How would you state your observations in an objective way?
How would you express your feelings with an “I” statement?
What underlying needs of yours can you identify from this situation?
How would you respectfully word a clear and specific request?
