Due to my own inter-generational trauma, I have been supporting men’s wellness for over 20 years. I have also been supporting Indigenous clients for over 10 years. More recently, in my work as Wellness Counsellor & Facilitator at Round Lake Treatment Centre, I have been specifically supporting Indigenous clients who have experienced inter-generational trauma (cultural, sexual, physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual abuses, neglect, abandonment, shame, and grief & loss). As a result, my clients present with addiction, anxiety, depression, isolation, self-harm/suicide ideation, anger, and other co-occurring disorders.

Men need better mental health support.

The weight of responsibility and lack of support can cause men to tough it out, leading to internal struggles and unaddressed mental health issues.

At The Stigman Group we address head-on the stigma surrounding men’s mental health – for men, by men.

We believe that strong, capable men are essential for a thriving society. By providing tailored support and empowering men to prioritize their mental well-being, we aim to help them reclaim their manhood with resilience, authenticity, and strength.

It’s time to break the stigma.
