I am a holistic and integrative therapist, concerned with the overall long-term physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being of my clients. I work with clients who experience depression, anxiety, intergenerational trauma, complex trauma, relationship difficulties, grief, low self-esteem, life transitions, family of origin conflict and other issues using a culturally-sensitive perspective in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment.
I use an evidence-based and integrative therapeutic approach, and I draw on elements of mindfulness, psychodynamic, experiential, emotion-focused, somatic and cognitive behavioural therapeutic modalities to develop a treatment plan that is tailored to your specific needs.

I help individuals manage anxiety and overthinking, self-esteem issues, work-life balance, and life transitions to better control their lives and feel more confident in their abilities. I also support individuals with communication and relationship-related concerns through both individual and couples therapy sessions.
I use an integrative approach to comprehensively understand you and your experiences and provide individualized care based on your background and concerns. I work collaboratively with you to explore your needs, set therapeutic goals, and create an action plan to achieve them. I also share activities and resources to help you implement the skills you learn in sessions in your daily life.

Corey Sleep

I take a holistic approach to mental health, and have worked in fitness and areas of spirituality prior to my work as a therapist. I help men figure out their lives as they reconsider their past, close the chapters they have yet to close, and move on to the next phase of their journey. Whatever the issue, I like to attack both symptoms and the roots of whatever ails you with a mix of Cognitive-Behavioural and Narrative therapeutic approaches.

Let’s explore negotiating the reality you want, healing and tools to strengthen your mental health. Therapy can be an empowering space, including for your relationship, career, men’s issues, self-esteem, assertiveness and transformation goals and challenges. I offer an oasis to safely learn more about yourself and grow, protected by confidentiality and unconditional positive regard. My life experience includes having worked as a family law lawyer for over four years, and I’m a husband and father.
As a co-traveller within sessions, I focus on creating that crucial empathetic environment where we can explore underlying patterns that impact how you act and think, and the building of the empowering alternatives you want.

I believe that we all have the capacity to heal and process through emotional pain, however, I also acknowledge that sometimes we lose touch with our innate resources and safe connections. My role as a therapist is to provide space for clients in an empathic, non-judgemental, and curious manner in order to aid in their self-discovery. I work from a client-centred approach such that the client leads each session, while I provide reflection, feedback, and space for them to process and safely explore all parts of themselves. I incorporate components of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

Mr. Carl Naraine
Mr. Carl Naraine
From anger to calm. Carl Naraine provides support for anger management using a common-sense approach that helps you take control of your anger, recognize early signs of anger and to express emotions that keep you calm and in control, and perceive challenging situations differently. Carl pioneered the Men’s wellness program in the nineties and provides individual and group therapy to clients dealing with anger, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, couples counselling, trauma and parenting. Carl is the owner and therapist of Anger Management and Family Counseling Centre in Brampton, Ontario. He works with several EAP organizations in Canada and the USA.

In my experience, and according to research, the biggest factor in how well therapy works is the client-therapist relationship. That’s one reason you can expect me to be genuine, empathetic, positive, and affirming. Also, I don’t have a “one size fits all” approach to therapy. Instead, I will work with you to custom-fit a therapy experience based on your unique needs and expressed concerns.

Men & Healing
Men & Healing
Men & Healing believes that men can live happier and healthier lives. We further believe that with the right opportunity for change, the right approach, the most committed therapists working with innovative models of care, transformation can happen. Our core mission is: to support men, in a process of change, with structure and integrity.
We are one of the world’s leading clinics working in a male-centred approach to psychology and therapy. Our 20-plus years of experience and expertise in the field is well known. Our models of services have been taught internationally, the research outcomes for our trauma recovery services have been deemed clinically effective, and thousands of men have benefitted from our programs over the years.
In addition to individual therapy, we are one of the only clinics in Canada to offer a long-term childhood trauma recovery program for men. We offer many different group therapy options, focusing on anger management, sexual integrity, emotional integrity, and childhood trauma recovery (also called Men & Healing).

Rim Yassine
Rim Yassine
I work with adults—particularly men and queer/trans clients—who feel exhausted by coping alone, disconnected from themselves or others, or under pressure to “hold it together.”
My therapeutic approach is trauma‑informed, relational, and integrative. I draw from somatic therapy, attachment‑based work, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and existential and narrative approaches.
Sessions are paced collaboratively, with close attention to nervous system regulation, safety, and consent. Rather than pushing for insight or change before readiness, the work unfolds in a grounded and steady way that supports lasting integration and deeper self‑trust.
I offer remote therapy across British Columbia and Ontario.

Mr. Chris Martin
Mr. Chris Martin
I have a strong background focusing on healthy relationships. This includes a focus on anger, conflict and reducing abuse. Furthermore, this work is complemented by significant experience working on issues of anxiety and depression, with much of my work predominantly done with men and young adult men.

Jules Hollett
Jules Hollett
I am deeply committed to creating a healing space where individuals can explore and navigate life’s challenges. My practice is rooted in a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and culturally-sensitive framework, recognizing the impact of diverse identities on mental health. Working collaboratively with both adults and teens, I offer support for a range of issues, from anxiety and depression, to Tourette’s and OCD, to the aftermath of trauma.
I believe that therapy is a space in which we work collaboratively to create a reparative relationship that nurtures and fosters insight, growth, safety, and resilience — a space in which one’s own innate internal reservoir of resources can be given the space and time to guide the way towards healing.

Malaika Baxter

We heal and grow in relationships that are safe, respectful, and authentic. I create a therapeutic space where you can be yourself, striving toward your goals alongside someone who sees the best in you.
My approach to therapy is relational, compassionate, and weaves in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
Whether you’re working through something difficult, or striving to be your best self, I would be honoured to support you on your journey.
