Hi I’m Jason. I believe in the strength and resiliency of the human spirit. I want to help you create meaningful change and work with you as you move towards the goals you have set in your life.
My counselling experience includes working with anxiety, depression, addictions and trauma. I have a Masters degree in Counselling and I am a Registered Professional Counsellor with the CPCA. I am an EMDR trained counsellor and I integrate this with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Polyvagal Theory. I offer professional, confidential, trauma-informed, and culturally-sensitive counselling.
