Do you struggle to emotionally connect and communicate, become overwhelmed by anxiety and anger, and/or get lost and stuck in depression? Do you struggle with low self-esteem? Have you tried counselling but never discovered the roots of your issues, found your progress to plateau quickly, or were not able to gain anything from it?  If so, you are ready to stop talking in circles about your issues and start tackling your problems head-on to make real progress.
You and I will collaboratively explore the underlying processes that are keeping you stuck in your unhealthy and disruptive cycles. Then, we make a tangible plan to resolve your traumas (EFT and EMDR), break the cycles, learn practical strategies to support yourself outside of session, and ensure you are continuously improving your life and relationships.
Overall, my experience working with men enables me to support you in achieving emotional wellbeing, integrity, empathy, and connection with yourself and others. The first step toward change is always the hardest, yet once that step has been made, I believe everyone has the innate capacity for positive transformation. I am here to help remove the obstacles.
