YOU NEVER KNOW WHO MAY BE STRUGGLING IN SILENCE. SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT HEADSUPGUYS.
HeadsUpGuys is committed to raising awareness about men’s mental health and breaking down the stigma that often gets in the way of men getting the help they need and deserve. You can play a crucial role in our mission by promoting our cause within your communities.
Spread awareness of our resource by distributing our print materials throughout your community (e.g., local barbershops, sporting events, bars, fitness centres).
You can also help distribute material at health clinics, counselling centres, university student health centres, physiotherapy clinics, pharmacies, mental health presentations, and workshops. This helps ensure that health service providers in your area are aware of our resource, so they can refer their clients who may benefit from it.
The process is simple. Approach the manager or receptionist of the business you’re visiting and explain that HeadsUpGuys is a mental health resource for men, and you’re working to raise awareness to support men in your community.
Ask if they would be willing to support this cause by having brochures available or hanging a poster in the men’s bathroom, or any other suitable place in their establishment.
If you are working or volunteering with an organization and need additional print materials, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’ll gladly explore how we can assist you!
We also have 4” x 6” double-sided information/promotional cards:
These can be mailed out for events or we can provide print files for local professional printing.
No matter if you have 15 or 50,000 followers, every share and post makes a difference. By harnessing the collective power of our social media networks, we can reach men around the world and drive meaningful change.
Facebook, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn, and share a post that resonates with you to expand our reach and initiate vital conversations about mental health.
