HeadsUpGuys was recently featured on CBC: The National. The video above highlights Josh Beharry’s (HeadsUpGuys Project Coordinator) journey toward recovery from depression to teaming up with Dr. John Ogrodniczuk (Directory of the Psychotherapy Program at UBC), to create HeadsUpGuys. The video also tells the story of Julian, a man who was helped and inspired to recover from his own depression by HeadsUpGuys.
