MENTAL HEALTH IS A CORE PART OF OUR OVERALL HEALTH - IT REQUIRES ATTENTION, MAINTENANCE, AND CARE
Our Self-Check Suite includes a range of psychological tests to help you better understand yourself and how different facets of your life might be impacting your mental health.
Below, you’ll find screening tools for common stressors and issues that often affect men’s mental health.
After completing each of these quizzes, we’ll provide targeted feedback and suggest next steps for you.
While these quizzes shouldn’t be used on their own as diagnostic tools, they can provide valuable insight into your mental health and serve as a call to action for when to reach out.
When used routinely over a period of time, they can also help you to track changes in different areas of your life that affect your mental health.
Self-Check Suite tools can be completed freely and anonymously. No personally identifying information is required.
If you decide to opt-in to help our research, your responses will be recorded to improve these tools and our understanding of men’s mental health. This enables us and others who use our research to develop better screening tools and resources to help others who are struggling with their mental health all around the world.
No matter what issues you are facing, you are not alone. We’re here to help and our community is full of men, friends, family members, and visitors like you who are all looking to improve their lives and the lives of others.
