I work with clients experiencing trauma, PTSD, autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, and low self-worth. My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and tailored to your pace and needs. I offer EMDR, CBT, ACT, and other proven therapies.
Appointments are available via telehealth, including after hours, with Medicare rebates for eligible clients. You don’t need to have it all figured out — I’m here to help.
