I’m Thomas, a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in Arizona and a Scottsdale therapist for teen boys, young adults, and men. I help clients work through anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, anger, relationship problems, and life transitions. Many men grow up feeling like they need to handle everything on their own, but ignoring stress, past pain, or emotional overwhelm only works for so long.
I use DBT, TF-CBT, and REBT to help clients strengthen coping skills, manage emotions, challenge negative beliefs, and build healthier ways of moving through life. My work often focuses on anxiety, trauma, self-worth, relationships, and stress in a way that feels grounded and useful.
I offer in-person therapy in Scottsdale and online therapy across Arizona.
