Ms Margie Ireland
Ms Margie Ireland
Margie has a deep interest in Mental Health, largely due to losing her 69-year-old father to Mental Health difficulty in her teens. She then lost her brother who was also struggling. These events led to a strong interest in supporting Men – not only with building their sense of self-worth, but also their personal and professional potential. In a previous life Margie trained as a performer (but realised she could neither sing or act!), and still draws on this background when running workshops and presentations. A self-described fitness fanatic, out of hours Margie enjoys spin cycling, yoga, mindfulness, writing and mystery documentaries.
