Are you constantly on-edge from anxiety? Do you feel weighed down by depression? If so, come talk to me. Together, we will work on strategies that allow you to address the root causes of your difficulties and develop effective skills to manage how you feel. I offer cognitive behavioural therapy, which is an evidence-based approach focusing on how your thoughts and actions affect how you feel. Mindfulness and self-compassion are infused into my approach. Together we work as a team to determine what is getting in the way of you living a value-filled life; you will learn practical tools to make lasting changes.

I know the challenges associated with reaching out for help and while it is not easy, it is very beneficial, not only for you but those you love.
First off, I am an Indigenous man who has worked through my own issues and continue to do so. I am a residential school survivor and survivor of various abuses and traumas. In my practice I combine my academic, experiential, traditional and ceremonial knowledge to assist those I work with.
I employ an eclectic blend of styles such as Narrative, DBT, CBT, EMDR to name a few, all of which are employed to best meet the needs of the individual as therapy is not a one size fits all.
Looking for someone with similar experiences and has first hand knowledge and experiences, please reach out.

I work primarily with clients aged 10 and up. I work from an integrative approach to ensure that the methods I use work best for you and your concerns. I encourage open communication so that I do not use a method or intervention that is not working for you. I specialize in chronic illness/pain, trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, couples/sex therapy, lgbtqia2s+, and career counselling, however, I am trained to work with other concerns as well. If you would like a free consultation or to set up an appointment contact me now or visit my website for more information. I am fully licensed to see clients in BC (RCC) and NB (LCT-C), as well as SK, MB, NL, and The Territories (CCC).

Life today can feel like a constant race. Social media, career pressure, and messages about masculinity can leave you anxious, frustrated, or disconnected.
I work with young men who feel stuck, discouraged, or unsure of their direction. Therapy is a space to slow down and look closely at your thoughts, feelings, and patterns without judgment.
I do not give advice or try to fix you. I work collaboratively with you to build awareness, understand what is getting in the way, and reconnect with a sense of purpose and meaning that feels real and workable in your life.

I work to provide a non-judgmental, non-shaming space where we can explore what has brought you here; whether that be a current crisis, a chronic situation, or past events that haven’t been fully processed. It is my hope that in our work together you will become more attuned to your internal system and the insight it provides. Please feel free to reach out if you’d like to begin this work together, or if you have any questions.
