Therapists in Airdrie

Jamie Wilkinson
Jamie Wilkinson
I support children, youth, and adults navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, anger, self-worth, relationship struggles, grief, and life transitions. I also have a special interest in sport performance and men’s mental health. I believe therapy works best when it feels safe, collaborative, and genuine. My goal is to create a space where you can show up as you are – without judgment – and feel heard.
I take a trauma-informed, client-centred approach and draw from evidence-based therapies like CBT, EMDR, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and sport psychology, always tailoring our work to what fits best for you.

Don’t know what to say?
- “Hi, I found your website through HeadsUpGuys. I’ve been dealing with a lot of stress recently and am looking for a therapist to consult with.”
- “I’m wondering if you are taking new clients? I’m looking for someone to work with to help me get through a rough patch.”

It may take reaching out to 3+ therapists to find one who is currently accepting new clients. So don’t get discouraged if you don’t hear back right away. Keep reaching out to therapists until you get a response. Your better health is worth the effort.
