Courtney Pearson
Courtney Pearson
Are you feeling overwhelmed and alone? Are you struggling to form meaningful connections with others? Are the traditional ‘rules’ of masculinity preventing you from living your best life? I am a counsellor and psychotherapist who specialises in men’s issues. I use a trauma-informed approach to support men navigate confusing emotions, depression, explore interpersonal trauma, break unhealthy relationship patterns, loneliness, embrace their strengths, forgive their mistakes, and discover their own unique identity.
My mission is to provide a nurturing service that helps to break down social stigma and empower men to seek the mental and emotional help they deserve.

Ms Margie Ireland
Ms Margie Ireland
Margie has a deep interest in Mental Health, largely due to losing her 69-year-old father to Mental Health difficulty in her teens. She then lost her brother who was also struggling. These events led to a strong interest in supporting Men – not only with building their sense of self-worth, but also their personal and professional potential. In a previous life Margie trained as a performer (but realised she could neither sing or act!), and still draws on this background when running workshops and presentations. A self-described fitness fanatic, out of hours Margie enjoys spin cycling, yoga, mindfulness, writing and mystery documentaries.
