Therapists in Ontario

Rim Yassine
Rim Yassine
I work with adults—particularly men and queer/trans clients—who feel exhausted by coping alone, disconnected from themselves or others, or under pressure to “hold it together.”
My therapeutic approach is trauma‑informed, relational, and integrative. I draw from somatic therapy, attachment‑based work, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and existential and narrative approaches.
Sessions are paced collaboratively, with close attention to nervous system regulation, safety, and consent. Rather than pushing for insight or change before readiness, the work unfolds in a grounded and steady way that supports lasting integration and deeper self‑trust.
I offer remote therapy across British Columbia and Ontario.
