Ways to Get Involved
“Nobody can do this alone. We all have to support each other. HeadsUpGuys was there to support my friend who was really struggling, and now I’m here to support HeadsUpGuys. They save lives.” – Fundraiser attendee

Welcome to the HeadsUpGuys community!
HeadsUpGuys is about being there for others, but we couldn’t do what we do without the support of our community. From donating and volunteering to fundraising and sharing your recovery story to inspire others, there are many ways to get involved.
Together, we can help men across the world achieve their best possible mental health and live their best lives.
Your donations allow us to keep providing crucial support for men, as well as their friends and families. Every contribution, no matter the size, helps makes a difference and save lives.
Honour the legacy of loved ones who have died by suicide by collecting ‘In Memorial’ donations.
Host a fundraiser event to raise awareness of men’s mental health and funds for HeadsUpGuys. Spark much needed change in the way people talk about and take action to support men’s mental health.
Support men’s mental health by becoming a funding or community partner. Whether an individual, organization, foundation, or company, let’s work together to support the men in our lives.
Join our volunteer team and contribute to our mission. Potential roles include outreach, writing, graphic design, videography, and more. We tailor roles to your skills and availability, and our current needs.
We have curated the world’s largest collection of depression and mental health recovery stories from men. Share your story and help us show other men that recovery is possible.
Share our pamphlets, posters, and digital content to show your support for men’s mental health and help to end the stigma that often prevents men from connecting with the care they deserve.
Have a unique idea for getting involved and raising awareness of men’s mental health and/or suicide prevention? Please see our Contact Us page for how to reach out.
