It’s important to me that my clients feel like they walk away from counselling with something, whether that’s a new insight, a skill, or a different perspective on what is an issue for them. My approach is collaborative, direct, and fully guided by my clients.

I feel it’s important to acknowledge the hand you were dealt and consider upbringing, socioeconomic status, race, sexual orientation, and gender norms and how they play into your own experience.

I work in trauma, anxiety, depression, and I’m passionate about helping late discovered adults with ADHD and autism understand themselves better. Some therapeutic styles I employ include CBT, DBT, IFS (internal family systems), and narrative.

Online and in-person sessions available Saturday through Wednesday.
