Think of me as your emotional coach. I’ll help you understand and communicate emotions; stop bottling up and suppressing feelings; manage anxiety and anger; get unstuck from helplessness and depression; stop people-pleasing and boost your self-esteem. If you tried counselling but haven’t uncovered core issues, your progress plateaued, or didn’t gain anything from it and you wish to achieve deep, lasting changes in your feelings, thoughts, and behaviours, then you are ready to stop talking in circles and start tackling your problems head-on to make real progress.
I will intentionally help you pause and slow things down to explore the underlying processes that are keeping you stuck in unhelpful cycles/patterns. Together we will make a tangible plan to break the cycles, process traumas, practice strategies to support yourself outside of session, and ensure you are continuously improving in your life and relationships.
Overall, my skills and experience enable me to support you in achieving emotional wellbeing, integrity, empathy, and connection with yourself and others. The first step toward change is always the hardest, yet once that step has been made, I believe everyone has the innate capacity for positive transformation. I am here to help you remove the barriers.
Sessions offered both online and in-person at 214-3001 Tutt Street, Kelowna, BC, V1Y 2H4. I provide direct billing for: RCMP, Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC), FNHA, and Pacific Blue Cross.
