Therapy begins with a trusting relationship between the client and therapist. Coping with issues such as depression, anxiety, loss, work stress, burnout, grief and relationship obstacles can be overwhelming. Life transitions and unexpected changes can feel debilitating and you are not alone. I provide a non-judgmental and supportive environment where you feel heard and understood. You are not just another appointment on the schedule and I believe in connecting with clients on a deeper level. I utilize evidenced based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, motivational interviewing, strengths-based approach, DBT, grief work and mindfulness techniques.
