Men's Mental Health Research

Research and Innovation in Men's Mental Health

UBC logo

HeadsUpGuys is the world’s leading research-informed men’s mental health resource. In addition to using research to guide the content and development of everything we do, we also contribute to advancing the field by being directly involved in men’s mental health research.

HeadsUpGuys is all about bringing research findings to life in tangible and useful ways to support men’s mental health. It is founded on a robust evidence base that includes not only contemporary research findings, but also the lived experiences of men who have recovered from different mental health challenges and clinicians who work with these men.

HeadsUpGuys is a program of The University of British Columbia (UBC), operating under the leadership of Dr. John Ogrodniczuk, Professor of Psychiatry and Director of the UBC Psychotherapy Program.
