I am a Systemic Psychotherapist working with individuals, couples and families. Many of my clients are males between the ages of 25-55 from all walks of life. I am near the City of London financial sector and many of my clients present with work related stress, anxiety and depression. I have also worked with OCD, bi-polar disorder; panic attacks; and eating disorders as well as PTSD and complex trauma and how this can manifest in people’s lives, particularly in relying on substances like alcohol & drugs. I have quite a lot of experience of dealing with suicidal ideation and know that life can quickly feel quite overwhelming.
