I genuinely enjoy helping other men overcome their problems and use my own experience with similar difficulties to help others move forward in their lives and achieve a more balanced, healthy, and happy life. I provide telehealth services exclusively and frequently work with those who struggle with depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, anger management, work/school stress management or performance issues, life transition difficulty, and relationship problems. I use traditional methods such as cognitive and dialectical behavior therapies but also incorporate other approaches and holistic wellness methods.
