I believe curiosity can replace judgment, and this natural curiosity toward people led me into a career in Mental Health, and the creation of my practice in 2019. I’m drawn to modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Solution-Focused Approaches.
In my work, I utilize a therapeutic approach that fosters practical and measurable progress for clients. To create that impact, I draw on over ten years of varied work experience, ranging from community-based treatments to private practice and corporate work. This contributes to a creative and open-minded way of counselling, allowing me to pull from this wide range of experience, as well as my coaching work, and deliver real change for people.
