Hello, my name is Richard, thank you for looking at my profile. I am a qualified integrative counsellor trained in schools such as Person Centered, Psychodynamic, CBT, Solution Focused Therapy and Transactional Analysis to create a blended and bespoke model for my clients.
I understand that each individual’s journey is unique and therapy should reflect this. I have had specific training to work with male mental health and the unique challenges that face in modern society, such as work or social stress, issues around depression, anger and anxiety, relationship and dating issues, breakups and parenting challenges. I aim to create a warm, non judgmental environment where we can identify what troubles you and how to move forward in life.
