I work with a vast array of people. I’ve helped people to deal with relationships breaking down, the abuse they’ve suffered in the past, existential issues about the future, dealing with anger, processing grief, understanding sexuality, understanding emotions, dealing with depression as well as understanding their anxiety. I’m trained as an integrative counsellor and this means that I can adjust my approach to suit each person that I work with.
