Stepping up is all about taking action.  Your action becomes a statement: You’re not alone, I’m here for you.

The best part about Step Up For Him is that you decide how you want to show support.

1. Walk, run, hike, or bike

Pick your activity, whatever gets you moving.

Join anytime from June 1–15. Take part once, weekly, or every day — it’s totally up to you.

This two-week window includes Men’s Health Week and wraps up on Father’s Day, making it a meaningful time to step up.

2. Grab a Friend

Rally some friends to join you and step up with a buddy, colleague, or group.

Sharing the experience boosts mental health for everyone involved.

Doing it together makes it more fun and builds the social connection that’s so important for mental health.

3. Share and Spread the Word

Use your movement to support men’s mental health.

Snap a photo or video, search “HeadsUpGuys” to add our custom stickers, post it @HeadsUpGuys with #StepUpForHim, and tag friends to join in.

We’ll be keeping an eye out for your posts to share across our social media to spread the movement.

4. Donate

Want to go even further? Chip in a donation and point your community to ours Step Up Donation page. Every bit helps support programs that help men heal, cope, and thrive.

  • For every $1 raised, we can put our Self-Check Screening Tools in the hands of 8 men.
  • For every $5, we help a man connect with a qualified therapist.
