I have been working with men and masculinity within the psychotherapeutic vestibule for over a decade, have led men’s groups since 2015, and currently have 8 groups running under me. I bring a non-bullshit, robust, integrative approach, pulling from the vast tides of masculine lore, as well as current ideologies geared toward the often subtle yet complex re-calibrations of masculine growth, relationships, and fiery purpose. I am currently training men to lead groups and to work with men in private practice, but have limited spots to work with men one on one, remotely.
I’m a Saskatchewan-based therapist specializing in working with survivors of sexualized violence. I also work with people to support their mental health, reduce stress, and maintain healthy relationships. I understand the complexities of trauma and how it impacts the mind and the body. As a social worker and yoga teacher, I offed a mix of breath and body work to compliment talk therapy.

My approach is solution focused and client centred. It’s important to listen to the client’s story and work on solutions together. I have used the ACT model (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) which uses CBT and mindfulness to help build healing skills and work on past traumas. It’s important to note that everyone is different, there is hope, and that it takes such courage to be here asking for help.
Call and request an initial appointment by phone or email. Once you get to your appointment, explain your symptoms and what’s going on in your life.
