Today was tough. Your emotions are flaring up. Your relationships are falling apart. Your work is starting to become bad. It’s hard to concentrate as your mind jumps from thought to thought. You don’t know who you can turn to so you start to use and drink to escape from reality more and more. You don’t know what to do. I’m Chris and I help men with their mental health and wellness. I help men understand their emotions so they can handle anything that comes their way. My style is laid back but I’ll call you out on your issues when I see them. I’ll be real with you in a non-judgmental way. With therapy, you’ll become the person you want to be. Reach out now.

REMOTE ACROSS NEBRASKA

Brandi Stalzer

MS in Counseling, University of Nebraska at Omaha
Years in practice: 11
Offers:  Remote Therapy

I began my work with eating disorders by facilitating group therapy at a treatment center in Omaha, NE, and continued as a therapist and then supervised the program. I received training in CBT-E at the Centre for Research on Eating Disorders at Oxford. Since that time, I have gone on to direct several programs across the country prior to opening my practice. I specialize in the treatment of eating, mood, and anxiety disorders. The approach that I take balances helping patients create structure in their life and validating and supporting them through empathic listening. Sometimes it just takes a phone call to make that step toward working on yourself. I provide free 15-minute consultations so that you feel comfortable taking the next step. Remote therapy only.

Don’t know what to say?

  • “Hi, I found your website through HeadsUpGuys. I’ve been dealing with a lot of stress recently and am looking for a therapist to consult with.”
  • “I’m wondering if you are taking new clients? I’m looking for someone to work with to help me get through a rough patch.”

It may take reaching out to 3+ therapists to find one who is currently accepting new clients. So don’t get discouraged if you don’t hear back right away. Keep reaching out to therapists until you get a response. Your better health is worth the effort.
