Welcome to therapy! In order to create healthy change and live life on our own terms, we must become comfortable being uncomfortable. I want to assist you on your journey to create and maintain balance and overcome lived experiences to find peace and clarity. We all face challenges in life. With my assistance, you can work towards overcoming these challenges to live the life you deserve. I provide a safe space to uncover your concerns and find some light at the end of the tunnel. You get one life, so let’s make the best out of the life we have! Remote therapy only.

I use a cognitive-behavioral approach to therapy. I will offer a safe space for you to be fully open and help you identify behaviors, thought patterns, and circumstances that are blocking you from reaching your potential and the goals you have for yourself. We will work together to find solutions for you to move towards becoming a better version of yourself – choosing the man you want to be, not passively accepting the one you have been. I will work with you to find coping strategies, skills to improve your body, mind, and soul, and techniques for bettering yourself and your relationships with those you care about. I operate from a Christian perspective but will never force that upon you in any way. Let’s work to find the Master of You.
