Donate To Men's Mental Health

HEADSUPGUYS IS FUNDED EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH DONATIONS

Men’s mental health is in a long overlooked state of crisis, with statistics showing that men account for 75%-80% of suicide deaths.1

Since launching in 2015, HeadsUpGuys has grown to become the world’s leading men’s mental health resource.

HeadsUpGuys is a research-based public education initiative of The University of British Columbia (UBC)’s Psychotherapy Program, operating under the leadership of Dr. John Ogrodniczuk, in the Department of Psychiatry.

  • Our charitable purpose is to advance and disseminate knowledge in the field of men’s mental health through research, evidence-based resources, and community education.
  • Housed within UBC’s broader research infrastructure, HeadsUpGuys contributes to the improvement of mental health outcomes by translating academic research into accessible tools and information for public benefit.

HeadsUpGuys prides itself on maintaining low costs, and running a lean and well-oiled machine. 100% of donations go directly toward funding our program.
